Clinical Supervision for LMFT, LPC & LPCC Candidates in Minnesota

I provide individual and dyadic supervision for those on the LMFT and LPC, LPCC track in Minnesota. My approach values exploration aroundself of the therapist, decolonizing the therapy space, and empowering clinicians to feel confident in their work.

Let’s be honest—this field asks a lot of us. It’s demanding work. At its core supervision should be restorative, not draining. We’ll be intentional about what support you need that day, whether it’s guidance, grounding, or just someone to say, “you’re doing great work.” We’ll explore ways to make supervision supportive for you. Crafts, nail painting, coloring, or fidgets? All welcome.

A Supervisory Relationship Rooted in Care

I believe that for supervision to be meaningful, it also has to feel safe enough for both of us to show up honestly. My goal is to intentionally invest in building a safe relationship by spending time at the beginning exploring concepts of safety and developing common language to better understand one another. My hope is that supervision is a place where you feel supported, seen, and empowered to grow into your own therapeutic voice. We’ll work from a developmental model—where you are is exactly where we’ll begin.
